4Web By The Numbers in 2011

4Web had our most successful year to date in 2011, and we'd like to thank our clients, our friends, our contractors, and the Joomla community for a great year! We couldn't do it without you. Here's a few highlights of our work from this past year.

• We worked on over 60 projects this year, including new site designs, redesigns, Joomla migrations, and site updates.
• We built 12 new Joomla 1.5 sites this year, mostly prior to June.
• We built 10 new Joomla 1.7 sites this year, mostly after June.
• We migrated 2 websites from Joomla 1.0 to Joomla 1.5, and we migrated 10 sites from Joomla 1.5 to Joomla 1.7.
• We completed site updates (of various significance and size) for 33 clients.
• We finally got around to redesigning our own site!
• Jen Kramer launched 3 new lynda.com videos and published her second book, and Andy Tarr published her first book.
• We moved to new office space and hired two new employees.

In 2012, we anticipate site migrations will be a major part of our business, as we continue building new sites and redesigning existing sites. Site maintenance should also continue to be strong. We launched a small training business this past year as well, which we anticipate growth in as well.
