Concord Group Insurance, in business for over 80 years, needed an updated look to appeal to younger audiences. They needed some comparison functionality and an easy way to keep the site up to date.
The Client
Concord Group Insurance is a well established company with a long
history of serving the area. This newly redesigned site offers some new
functionality that will appeal to both younger and older audiences.
The Solution
The website has a few key pieces of functionality, in addition to general information pages, that really set it apart from the competition.
First, we used our Contacts4Web functionality to create an agent locator. Visitors enter their zip code and they can find a nearby CGI agent to help them. There is an easy interface for updating agents as their contact information changes. Visitors can also email agents directly from the website.
Second, we have a custom glossary feature on the site. CGI can define specific terms on the site. When clicked, these terms generate a popup box with the definition of that term. Linking happens automatically on the website wherever the term is found.
Finally, the comparison chart allows CGI to compare specific aspects of their homeowner's insurance offerings with other companies in an easy-to-understand, easy-to-update format. |
